There is nothing more exciting than buying your first vacation home and especially in Lake Arrowhead.
My husband and I bought our first vacation home in Lake Arrowhead back in 2004. The house was very cabin like with tongue and groove on most of the walls, two living areas each with a fireplace which was perfect for our family, two decks with amazing tree views and in came furnished. The treed view was fantastic and gave us the feeling of being all alone in our little piece of paradise.
We loved our time in our cabin. We would spend our weekends going to the village, sitting on the decks, entertaining, hiking with our girls or snow sledging down the property and often doing absolutely nothing! At night we would enjoy a glass of wine on one of our decks and look up at the beautiful stars. The air was clean and crisp and the colors of each season were amazing. Our girls loved Lake Arrowhead too and still do. This house was a very emotional house for us and one we will never forget. It wasn't just a house, it was a life style and where we learned to relax and enjoy.
