Here is some great news. CA legislature has extended the CA State Tax Credit for First Time Home Buyers!!!! This will give your first time home buyer in CA up to a $10,000 tax credit. I believe this is in addition to the federal tax credit that is being offered, although with the Federal tax credit, you must have a purchase contract before April 30th. The CA tax credit has been extended until December 2010!! Get out there and find those buyers. Make sure the RE agents you work with know about this.
