I have been selling real estate in Lake Arrowhead, CA. for almost 4 years. The market was still pretty hot in 2006 but almost immediately began to cool down. We've all seen the statistics and hear ever day how tough "The Market" is. Geez, shouldn't I just give up? I keep hearing that there as so many agents, one on every corner nearly, sellers are tough, buyers are tough, and lending is tough... So how am I doing? GREAT! 2008 was a record year for me in both earnings and number of transactions. I have been a Top Producer every year since joining Re/Max in 2006 and have steadily moved up rankings within the local and corporate offices which include 14 locations.
So how do I do it? Here is my secret.... ATTITUDE! I wake up every morning grateful for the blessing of living in Lake Arrowhead. Can you imagine the clean sweet air and amazing trees? Hiking, boating, fishing or just relaxing with a glass of wine? I love what I do and I work hard it. My clients deserve nothing less!
I am known for being a positive person and I am aware that I attract other positive people. I am also aware that negative people come around and can sap me so I stay clear. My Mom, who just recently passed away, told me that when I was a little girl if I was told that something was too hard or could not be done, I did it. I climbed the corporate ladder in high heals towards that glass ceiling and I put a crack in it!
I believe in God's grace, in Jesus as my savior and I have total faith in His judgment. I read positive books, do not watch or listen to the "news", spend time with my family and with positive confident people and try to always take the next indicated step.
